1 антиидиотипические антитела
= антиидиотипы[греч. anti — против, idios — собственный, свой, частный, отдельный, своеобразный и typos —отпечаток, образец, тип]антитела (см. антитела), специфические по отношению к антигенным детерминантам, расположенным на вариабельных участках других антител. Иными словами, А.а. комплементарны определенной конфигурации пептидной цепи в составе другого антитела, в свою очередь комплементарной конфигурации антигена. Тем самым А.а. химически воспроизводят нужную конфигурацию антигена и могут рассматриваться как "имитаторы" или аналоги антигена. Применение А.а. создает принципиально новый подход к получению диагностических и вакцинных препаратов, особенно полезный в тех случаях, когда антигены не удается приготовить на основе нативного вируса.
